Anyone interested in aviation may register for the Ibosoft ATC System for educational and personal use. A trial membership automatically begins for first-time registrations. To obtain a standard membership, a request must be submitted through the available communication channels. Membership creation and management of user information are carried out via auth.ibosoft.net.tr. The Ibosoft User Agreement and Privacy Policy govern the protection and processing of personal data. Membership levels and conditions are as follows:
Level 0 – Trial Membership
- • Automatically begins for all first-time registrations.
- • Trial members may access all system features except the ATC voice recording history for 1 hour.
- • Access rights expire at the end of this period.
- • This membership level is available to everyone.
Level 1 – Standard Membership
Granted after registration and submission of a membership request through communication channels, subject to human approval.
- • Members may use all features except the ATC voice recording history.
- • Membership must be renewed every 30 days by submitting a renewal request.
This level is granted to aviation enthusiasts, students, and professionals involved in pilot training, AIS, ATM, CNS, MET, aviation-related technical or engineering fields, flight operations, ground handling, and aviation security.
In your request, you may describe your involvement in aviation without disclosing sensitive personal information.
For example:
- • Aviation enthusiasts may mention projects they are working on or active IVAO/VATSIM memberships.
- • Students and professionals may provide a brief description of their current status and, where appropriate, supporting information such as a LinkedIn profile.
If you have previously joined the Ibosoft Discord Community with similar user information, this may positively influence your membership process. There is no need to resubmit this information for renewals.
Level 2 – Full Membership
Requires special approval from us.
- • All features may be used without limitation.
This membership is granted to trusted:
- • Educational content creators,
- • Aviation researchers,
- • Aviation journalists and technical content producers,
- • Data providers (Feeders).
If you operate an aviation news platform, your published content must align with aviation regulations and technical accuracy.
Expected examples of qualifying content include:
- • Technically consistent analysis of aviation incidents,
- • Developments regarding regional air navigation agreements,
- • Accurate, well-sourced reporting on decisions and regulatory actions taken by aviation authorities such as ICAO, EASA, and FAA,
- • Technical analyses concerning flight safety, air traffic management, or operational procedures.
Note: Applicants primarily focused on political content, corporate promotion, popular culture, or entertainment-based reporting are unlikely to qualify.
Changes to Membership Levels
Ibosoft reserves the right to modify membership levels without prior notice.
Malicious Use of the System and Membership Termination
The system has been developed for educational or personal use consistent with the examples provided on the homepage.
Ibosoft may suspend memberships of users engaging in malicious activity without prior notice. Ibosoft is not obligated to continuously monitor such misuse and may not always detect it.
Important: In cases involving threats, blackmail, or similar malicious conduct, affected parties should address the responsible individual directly. Ibosoft has no obligation to provide assistance in such cases.
Sharing of System Information
- • Live information may not be shared without permission.
- • Surveillance system flight parameters may be used in educational content without prior permission.
- • Data Link message history may be used in educational content without prior permission.
- • ATIS and VOLMET voice recordings may be used in educational content without prior permission.
- • Other historical information may not be shared without permission.
- • Publishing live or historical information for journalistic purposes is subject to prior authorization. Publishers listed in the next section have been granted continuous publication rights.
Note: In case of unauthorized use of audio recordings, unauthorized use can be detected through spectral analysis or unique fingerprinting. It should be noted that due to many factors such as the characteristics and settings of the recording device, the signal-to-noise ratio perceived by the receiver, and the audio compression settings used, each recording is unique to the person recording.
Publishers Authorized for Continuous Use and Publication
- • FlighTRecords: YouTube (TR), YouTube (EN), Instagram
- Note: Separate permission must be obtained directly from FlighTRecords to use or republish their video content.
Those Who Want to Provide Data
Volunteers who wish to provide data are welcome. Since there is currently limited demand in this area, planning is done on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in providing data, please contact us.
Those who wish to provide data can supply the following types:
- Communication Data: HF/VHF/UHF radio voice broadcasts, SATVOICE voice broadcasts, phone connection voice broadcasts.
- Surveillance Data: Mode S data, UAT data, FLARM data, other data depending on the situation.
- Data Link Data: Any ACARS or ATN network messages used over any Subnetwork.
